ACH Debit and Credit Authorization

This product is currently in testing phase. These agreements are subject to change prior to full public launch.

By linking an external bank account to Vitez Bank through Plaid, or by initiating a transfer to or from an external account, you authorize Vermilion Vitez LLC ("Vitez Bank") and Column, N.A. to initiate ACH debit and/or credit entries to the external account you designate, in the amounts corresponding to the transfers you request.

This authorization covers one-time transfers you initiate between your Vitez Bank account and a linked external account. Vitez Bank does not currently support recurring or scheduled transfers Illustrative.

This authorization does not cover any transfer not initiated by you through the Vitez Bank app, except as required to correct an erroneous entry.

Your right to revoke

You may revoke this authorization at any time by unlinking the external account in your Vitez Bank dashboard, or by contacting info@vermilionvitez.com. Revocation applies to future transfers only and does not affect transfers already in process.
